Russell
Masraff, a graduate of University of Houston, Hilton School of Hotel
& Restaurant Management, has ten years of practical experience
in the restaurant business, of which the last six years were within
the Pappas' Family Restaurants, and Houston's Restaurant chain.
Russell left Houston's as their assistant General Manager to start
Masraff's on Post Oak Lane.
Tony
Masraff is a seasoned entrepreneur with diverse business experience
including startups, organization development and marketing. His
experience dates back to marketing with the IBM Corporation, followed
by two successful high technology startups in Houston, one of which
made the Inc. 500 and earned him Houston's Entrepreneur of the Year
Award.
