Few regions have undergone such a radical change in quality in the last few years like South Africa.  They have been famous for their wine since the 1600’s but have seen their share of political challenges which ultimately effects the wine industry.  However, for the last 15 years there has been an incredible move towards planting new varietals, developing new sites and rediscovering the neglected traditions of the past.

Come by Masraff’s Weds. November 9^th at 6:00pm and rediscover with us the fascinating “Wines of South Africa”

As always the Chef will be pairing some marvelous bites to nosh on while we ponder these powerful flavours from the bottom of the world.
